Pain Management
with Hypnosis
When you are living with chronic or ongoing pain, the impact is rarely limited to just your body. It can affect every part of your life, including:
-
Physical well-being: fatigue, disrupted sleep, limited mobility, tension, or flare-ups
-
Emotional health: frustration, grief, irritability, worry, sadness or feeling disconnected from yourself
-
Quality of life: missing out on activities you love, trouble making plans, or feeling like you’re constantly “managing” instead of living
